Many have heard rumors that the glitch has been fixed but it isn't.
Start by placing your main on warrior, and you sub on whitemage, now change your sub to monk now quickly go to main job and place that on monk. If done fast enough and timed out correctly your main should cancel out your subjob. Now change your main to your desire. To bring your subjob back just highlight the subjob option and select your subjob
