Bastok markets is all you need to obtain fame lvl 3 to unlock this quest. If you already have a character this helps so you can buy the items you need to obtain fame 3. The items include a bone chip 7 copper ingots a bronze subligar a robe, and a slime oil. Bone chip you give to the old man near the bastok mines zone for a dangruf wadi map. quest 1 done in the same zone put the subligar and the robe on and talk to Brygid to start the quest then talk to her once more. Quest 2 done. now go to F-10 and speak to Michea and they will ask for a copper ingot give it to her. zone. repeat untill you have done it 7 times. quest is a repeatable. OK! now head over to Bastok metalworks G-7 and speak to Unlucky Rat to trade the slime oil and recieve the warp scroll! Now you can send the warp scroll to your original Character and then erase this character and repeat this process.
"CHOCOBO'S WOUNDS"

When you talk to Brutus at the chocobo stable, he recognizes your appreciation of the large birds. He even asks if you would like to ride one of them. If you answer yes, he quizzes you on chocobo handling, asking if you have ever left a chocobo on it's own. Being a chocobo fancier and knowing that they need constant attention from their caretakers, you answer no. Brutus then feels secure in your abilities. If you can tame the chocobo near Osker, you can ride it.
Osker confides to you that the chocobo was treated very badly by it's previous handler, and that some gausebit wildgrass might heal it's wounds. Gausebit wildgrass can be obtained from wadi hares in Dangruf Wadi. When you have the grass, the task of winning the chocobo's trust begins.
It takes six days (Vana'diel time) of patience and food offerings for the chocobo to come around to you. The first day, you offer the chocobo the gausebit wildgrass. It recognizes the food (you can tell be the squealing), but it doesn't trust you evough to take it. The second day, the chocobo still refuses to take the grass, but it is beginning to accept you. On the third day, it finally takes some grass from your hand.
At this time, the former owner tries to reclaim the chocobo but it doesn't want to be near him. This bothers the chocobo, and although it eats from your hand on the fourth day, it is still not well.
The fifth day sees great imrovement in the animal; it eats happily. when you feed the chocobo on the sixth day, it's tame enough for you to ride it. You receive a Chocobo License from brutus.
Some things you should know about chocobo riding: I)They're rented (the fee varies). II)They have a finite lvl of endurance, and when they get tired, they will drop you and return home. III)While doing the chocobo quest, you can lvl up. So when you're waiting for the next day to come to give the chocobo some grass, go lvl up somewhere!
